What's the price and how is it structured?

Flat monthly retainer only. No performance components, no revenue share. The retainer covers strategy, flow builds, weekly campaigns, copy, design, and deliverability monitoring. Klaviyo attributed revenue is heavily influenced by external factors like traffic and ad spend, so it is not a clean reflection of the email program alone. Tying fees to that creates arguments neither side benefits from. A flat fee means you know exactly what you are paying, and the work gets judged on what we can actually control. Scope and pricing are worked out after the audit based on what you actually need.
What's included in the retainer?

Strategy, flow architecture and build, weekly campaigns, email copy, design, segmentation, deliverability monitoring, weekly and monthly reporting. You own everything we build: flows, templates, and copy. From day one.
Who actually does the work?

Ben runs every account directly. You're not handed off to a junior hire or account manager. If you have a question, you're talking to the person doing the work.
How long until I see results?

First flow can be live within 14 days. The main variable is how quickly we get access sorted, align on brand direction, and turn around design approvals. Faster on your end means faster results.
Do you work with brands not on Klaviyo?

We work with Klaviyo only. If you're on a different platform, we're probably not the right fit.
What if it's not working?

No 90 day minimums, no 6 month contracts. If you want to move on for whatever reason, give 30 days notice and we close out properly. You leave with everything documented, all flows handed over, nothing left half-built.
Do you do one-off flow builds?

Yes. If a full retainer is not the right fit right now, we can scope individual flow builds or one-off work. Same starting point as a retainer, audit first, then we agree on what needs building and price it from there.
